Return and Exchange PolicyUpdated a year ago

We do not accept returns/exchanges on glue. All adhesives sales are final sale.

ALL ONLINE TRAINING PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE ONLY ITEM THAT MAY BE EXCHANGED IN YOUR TIME TAMER KIT IS THE MAGNIFYING GLASSES IF YOU TRY THE SIZE YOU ORDERED AND DECIDE THAT YOU NEED A DIFFERENT MAGNIFICATION, OR YOUR TWEEZERS IF THEY ARE FAULTY. ALL OTHER ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE KIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Email [email protected] or call 801-707-7196 with your order number, items you would like to exchange & request an Exchange Form.

Adhesives and Final Sale Items are non-exchangeable. 

If your item is defective OR damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back item using the carrier of their choice OR pay $6 for a LASHBOMB prepaid shipping label*.

*If you are using a LASHBOMB pre-paid return label, you must ship items back in original packaging. *

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods if you would like to exchange your item(s).

Products must be unused and unopened. Products must be returned to LASHBOMB within 30 days of delivery.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping and you have purchased Route insurance your products will be covered.  Contact Route through the link that was sent to your email when you purchased it. 

If you believe your items are defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of item and products must be returned to LASHBOMB within 30 days for a resolution.

All training deposits are nonrefundable but may be applied to future LASHBOMB courses.  Training balances are nonrefundable starting on the day of the scheduled training.
